Travel agencies
If you decide to use the vouchers in a travel agency you can select any trip from its offer including last minute trips.

- vouchers have to be applied in their full value
- the voucher payment has to be announced before, while booking the trip at the latest and at the same time it is necessary to mention the amount of vouchers in the travel contract.
- vouchers can be used only for refunding the standing charge of the trip (except for additional services and supplementary charge)
- jany price reductions are provided only from the supplementary charge – the difference between the trip price and voucher payment
- the voucher is not cash convertible, even not in case of trip or stay lapse
- by the trip lapse the travel agency has to offer the user other trips or stays to enable him to use all the vouchers
- the whole range of partners receive the vouchers without any limits. The chosen travel agency will give closer information
Hotels, pensions, spas
- they have their individual conditions for accepting Holiday Pass vouchers. These conditions are given by individual premises – see the network of partners
Nominal values of vouchers: 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 CZK
Voucher validity: from January to December of the following year (2 years)
